Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as offer financing options through CareCredit. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We do offer discounts for payments made in full on the day of service.

Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our financial coordinator prior to receiving service.

We are a preferred provider for Assurant Employee Benefits (DHA), Blue Cross & Blue Shield, DeCare Dental (International Brotherhood of Teamsters), Delta Dental Premier, Health Partners, Premier Dental Group (United Healthcare), and United Concordia. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we ask you to contact us if your policy has changed.
